Outlook express is use to synchronize email and this one the best way to download all email and read whenever you want. Many other application available for synchronize mail after reading this article you can easily configure all other third party email client software in this article I will show you how to configure outlook
Open outlook if it prompt to add account that fine if it not show go to tool >> account
In account window click on mail tab that located top of account window click on add and select mail
Enter display name and click next, enter your email user id like xxxxx@gmail.com and click next
Select pop3 in drop down Manu and enter pop.gmail.com in incoming and smtp.gmail.com in outgoing mail server
After all above step enter your password and click next. Don’t click "login on using secure password authentication' click finish
Go to tool account click on mail tab and double click on pop.gmail.com click on advanced tab
Enter outgoing mail smtp 465 and click check box and then incoming port address 995 click on check box apply click ok to save
Click sand receive to synchronize mail if any problem leave a comment
