Installing ubuntu on VMware virtual pc

 
If you want to switch windows to ubuntu it’s good idea to try ubtntu on vmware virtual pc
VMware workstation used to do virtual installation of operating system you can safely delete
Operating system that you installed without any problem by going its name and right click on
And click on delete from disk. You can install multiple operating systems into VMware
Workstation you need ubuntu cd or iso image before I continue check hardware requirement
So I am going to teach you how to install ubuntu on VMware
You can install with bootable pan drive,cd or iso image
First you need iso or cd of ubuntu

Start VMware press ctrl+n or go to file new virtual machine than click next
Next choose typical by default click next select Linux choose ubuntu

From drop down Manu and then click next you can choose where you want
To store ubuntu file by browsing and click next again click next

Specifies drive size and then click finish in right tab double click
On cd-Rom click use iso image and browse the location where you store

Ubuntu iso and click ok after that press ctrl+b
Wait few minute and click install enter time zone, user name and password

If you want to manually specify drive size than click something else
And select the unallocated partition and then click add press continue

Create root partition ("/" this is root symbol) and then select free space for new

Partition create swap area
Go to the drop down Manu and select swap after that create directory

By entering "/home" and select "/" root for installing ubuntu click install
It takes 30to 45 minute. Your ubuntu is installed on VMware
